NEWS RELEASE
March 3, 2011
BILL ON TEXAS SECESSION PRESENTED
TO TEXAS LEGISLATURE

AUSTIN — The Texas Nationalist Movement will host a rally at the state capitol Saturday urging lawmakers to put the matter of Texas independence before the state’s voters in a non-binding plebiscite.

The resolution, drawn up as a concurrent resolution of the Legislature, spells out actions by the federal government which have intruded on the sovereignty of the State of Texas and calls for the plebiscite to be included on the ballot of the next scheduled election for state constitutional amendments. That date is Nov. 8 of this year.

The rally is scheduled from 1-4 p.m. Saturday on the south steps of the State Capitol in Austin. The legislative sponsor of the rally is State Rep. Leo Berman (R-Tyler).

“The elected representatives of the people of Texas need to know what the voters think,” TNM president Daniel Miller said. “That is the purpose of this resolution, simply to give our legislators a sense of what the people of Texas think about the actions they are taking in defense of state sovereignty.”

Miller said that state officials and lawmakers have done well in attempting to defend the state’s sovereignty from federal intrusion, and that this plebescite could help further the goal of reining in federal over-reach.

“The elections last November showed that a lot of people, not only in Texas but across the United States, believe that our federal government is out of control,” Miller said. “Even though the power in Congress changed hands, however, Washington continues to try and bully Texas and other states with rules and regulations never voted on by any elected representatives of the people and in clear violation of the Tenth Amendment, which guarantees state sovereignty.”

“Simply allowing the people of Texas to vote on this issue in a non-binding way would send a very loud, very clear message to Washington that Texas won’t be pushed any farther.”

The resolution spells out that the vote would be “non-binding and for advisory purposes only,” and that results would be reported not only to state officials, but also to members of Congress and the President.

“We in the Texas Nationalist Movement believe that independence is necessary for the economic and cultural survival of the people of Texas,” Miller said. “Even so, there is nothing more any of us would like to see than the United States government steer away from its current path of self-implosion and return to the original intent and purpose of government as defined by the U.S. Constitution.”

The text of the resolution:

———-

A RESOLUTION FOR A STATE PLEBISCITE ON THE ISSUE OF INDEPENDENCE

Whereas, The Republic of Texas originally won its independence from Mexico in 1836;

Whereas, prior to acceptance of the joint resolution of the Congress of the United States, Texas existed as an independent republic for a period of nine years until 1845;

Whereas, upon accepting admission as one of the United States, Texas remained a free and independent State subject only to the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas, the United States Federal Government has passed laws requiring expenditures of the State and People of Texas that are unfunded by the federal government in violation of the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution;

Whereas, the United States Federal Government has caused the intentional devaluation of its currency with its reckless spending and borrowing threatening the economic survival of Texas;

Whereas, the United States government has allowed the use of its authority, credit and good will for the benefit of private and foreign concerns in violation of its own constitution;

Whereas, the United States Federal Government has repeatedly failed and refused to guard the border between the State of Texas and the country of Mexico, which has led to and required vast expenditures by the State of Texas to protect its citizens;

Whereas, the United States Federal Government has implemented thousands of laws, mandates and agencies in violation of the United States Constitution that have invaded the sovereignty of the State of Texas;

Whereas, Article 1 Section 1 of the State of Texas Constitution states that “the perpetuity of the union depends on the right of local self-government unimpaired to all of the States”;

Whereas, Article 1 Section 2 of the State of Texas Constitution states that “all political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit” and “they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient”;

Whereas, it is desirable and necessary for the Legislature to ascertain the will of the people on continued relationship between Texas and the United States and for that message to be communicated to the United States Federal Government;

Therefore, be it Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Texas assembled, that a plebiscite be conducted at the next regularly scheduled Constitutional amendment election on November 8, 2011, to determine the will of the citizens of the State of Texas regarding a declaration of independence from the government of the United States.

Be it further Resolved that:

The vote of the citizens on the issue of independence be non-binding and advisory only.

That the results of the voting of the citizens of Texas be reported to the Governor and the sitting members of the Legislature of the State of Texas for further consideration in accordance with the wishes of the citizens of the State of Texas.

That the results of the voting also be reported to the both houses of the United States Congress and the President of the United States.

That the wording of the issue to be placed on the ballot shall be as follows:

That the State of Texas should declare its independence from the United States of America and return to a Republican form of government as the Republic of Texas.

FOR:   ________________

AGAINST: ______________

Passed and Resolved on this the ____ day of ____________________, 2011 by the House of the State of Texas.

                                                                                    _____________________________________

Passed and Resolved on this the ____ day of ____________________, 2011 by the Senate of the State of Texas.

Retiring New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg, one of the Federal Reserve’s most stalwart Republican supporters…told the gathering [of Fed Insiders that Ron Paul's book "end the fed"] would be worth reading to see what the other side is plotting.

Now there are rumblings and word is leaking out that John Boehner’s (pronounced Bainer) is working in quiet ways to sideline Ron Paul.

If you would like you may confirm this with Boehner’s office number in Washington, DC (202) 225-6205.

It may have taken 34 years, but Ron Paul has arrived, and he doesn’t plan to squander the moment. His agenda includes landing the chairmanship of the House Financial Services Committee panel that oversees monetary policy—a job that will give him the power to push legislation reining in the central bank and to haul Fed governors up to Capitol Hill for hearings.

It would be to the Republican Party’s detriment to do anything that would negatively effect Ron Paul’s agenda…because it is our agenda.

Groups like Tea Party Express and other phony “tea party” groups may not be making a stink about this. However, you can bet that once Christmas is over that the REAL Tea Party will be.

They continued:

The prospect has Wall Street, Fed officials, and even Republican House leaders worried that Paul’s agenda could roil the markets and make a mockery of the U.S. financial system.

They don’t need Ron Paul to make a mockery of the system. It does just find every day on it’s own.

This is a man, after all, who entered politics because President Richard Nixon bucked the gold standard in 1971, and now wants to make gold and silver legal tender. He is pressing for an audit of the Fort Knox bullion depository and, earlier this year, grilled Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke about the central bank’s alleged funding of Watergate and Saddam Hussein’s nuclear program. Bernanke called the charges “absolutely bizarre.”

If you’d like to read the absurdity in it’s entirety you may do so here. The idiots that wrote this likely think the Federal Reserve is part of the government.

You whacky constitutional conservatives.

Another Breaking story of Fraud and Waste at the Governement that wants to run our health care. This story is an undercover bit by James O’keefe. A true Patriot.

By James O’Keefe

On April 27, 2010, I got a job with the United States Census Bureau in New Jersey. With a hidden camera, I caught four Census supervisors encouraging enumerators to falsify information on their time sheets. Over the course of two days of training, I was paid for four hours of work I never did. I was told to take a 70 minute lunch break, was given an hour of travel time to drive 10 minutes, and was told to leave work at 3:30pm. I resigned prior to doing any data collection but confronted Census supervisors who assured me, “no one is going to be auditing that that level,” and “nobody is going to be questioning it except for you.” Another Census supervisor only said he’d adjust my pay after I gave him a letter recanting my hours.

As to whether this is an “isolated incident” or if there are more Census videos showing more waste, fraud, and corruption, we’ll let you take a wild guess.

America, real journalism has been dead for a long time now. With $1500 Hannah Giles and I were able to break a story that the New York Times couldn’t have broken no matter how many times they mortgaged their building. The government took our camera, so I bought another. The government put us in jail and deleted our tapes, but we got out and we’ll just make more. My travel was restricted to the state of New Jersey, so that’s where I got back to work. The media establishment is busy doing character assassinations on my friends and me but time and truth is on our side. Congress answered to our ACORN videos, now it will be up to the Department of Justice to explain why it edited out of a press release their admission we had no intent to tamper with Senator Landrieu’s phones. More importantly, it will be up to the Census Bureau to explain why their supervisors are systematically falsifying time sheets.

Exposing corruption requires standing up to power, because power hates sunlight. We should have known they would try and ruin the reputations of those who try and expose them. But in response, we are going to build an army of citizen investigators. There’s hundreds more where I came from. You have awakened a sleeping giant. And you can’t ruin us all. In fact, in the coming months you will see this army expanding into every state, every statehouse, every city council, every school board, and everywhere people are conspiring to keep themselves in power, practice favoritism, or line their pockets with tax dollars.

This isn’t a political movement. This is a movement to clean up society through transparency and accountability. Corruption, dishonesty, waste, and secrecy are anathema to all Americans. I happen to love liberty but I will happily expose Democrats and Republicans, public and private sector… anyone who deserves it.

These days, Americans know that people in backrooms are taking advantage of their power. And they’re fed up with it. We are sunlight. All we’re going to do is continue to expose the truth, and then it’s up to democracy to decide the verdict. Have faith in Americans armed with the facts.

Every dishonest politician, bureaucrat, and business in America is now on notice.
By Mark Alexander

“The duty imposed upon [the president] to take care, that the laws be faithfully executed, follows out the strong injunctions of his oath of office, that he will ‘preserve, protect, and defend the constitution.’ The great object of the executive department is to accomplish this purpose; and without it, be the form of government whatever it may, it will be utterly worthless for offence, or defence; for the redress of grievances, or the protection of rights; for the happiness, or good order, or safety of the people.” –Justice Joseph Story

A few months back, the commander in chief or our Armed Forces, that erstwhile community organizer Barack Hussein Obama, denigrated a large cross section of Americans who identify with the Tea Party movement — those who advocate for Essential Liberty and Rule of Law.

Obama identified them as malcontents, “waving their little tea bags.”

Since then, the Obama administration and their Leftmedia sycophants have endeavored to characterize Tea Party attendees as rude, radical, racist, redneck, enemies of the state.

In fact, Americans who attend Tea Party rallies are from all walks of life, as noted in the Patriot Declaration, Patriots who are peacefully and constitutionally petitioning their government for redress.

As I noted in my tax-day essay, Tea Parties are “not a call for revolution but for restoration — a call to undertake whatever measures are dictated by prudence and necessity to restore constitutional Rule of Law.”

However, Obama’s words do have consequences.

This week, I was contacted by a number of military personnel, enlisted and officer ranks, who expressed concern about a military exercise underway at Ft. Knox, the U.S. Bullion Depository. As with most such exercises, the Ft. Knox alert occurred in stages, as if real time intelligence was being provided at various intervals.

The first intel advisory was issued on Friday, 23 April 2010, and identifies the terrorist threat adversaries as “Local Militia Groups / Anti-Government Protesters / TEA Party.”

You read that right: “TEA Party”!

The alert states that plans for the demonstration may have been interrupted by “Federal and local law enforcement” raids on a “White Supremacists Organization,” but “TEA Party organizers have stated that they will protest at the Gold Vault at a future date.”

Further, the intel advisory states, “Anti-Government – Health Care Protesters have stated that they would join the TEA Party as a sign of solidarity.”

In accordance with the exercise, Ft. Knox post security is placed on high alert because, “these groups are armed, have combative training and some are former Military Snipers. Some may have explosives training / experience,” and “a rally at their compound / training area is scheduled.”

Another intel update was issued on Monday, 26 April 2010, noting that the “rally at the Militia compound occurred,” and “Viable threats … have been made.” The intel on the rally notes, “Many members were extremely agitated at what they referred to as Government intervention and over taxation in their lives. Alcohol use ‘fanned the flames.’ Many military grade firearms were openly carried. An ad hoc ‘shoot the government agent’ event was held with prizes (alcohol) given for the best shot placement.”

The report states further, “Components of bomb making are reported to have been on the site. Some members have criminal records relating to explosive and weapons violations.”

In response to the “immediate threat,” the exercise stipulates, “local detention centers are being made ready for mass arrests.” Both the “QRF I and QRF II” are placed on two hour recall, and the “5-15 CAV” was ordered to “draw weapons from holder and store in most available arms room,” and “coordinate with MASA for immediate ammunition draw; have equipment readied for immediate use, i.e. vehicles staged and loaded IAW 5-15 CAV SOP; LMR’s charged.”

QRF refers to Quick Reaction Force. QRF I is the 16th Cavalry Regiment. QRF II is the 194th Armored Brigade.

The 26 April order gives specific instructions for the 5-15 CAV (a 16th Cavalry battalion) to have weapons, ammo, vehicles and communications at ready, and it places the other 2,200 members of the units on two-hour recall. In other words, these orders are to gear up for defending Ft. Knox against Tea Party folks and their co-conspirators who oppose nationalization of our health care sector.

Now, for almost 30 years I have participated in the development and implementation of small and large scale military exercises within the U.S. and around the world.

Such exercises are critical to the readiness of our forces, and the standard for the real time intel reports in these drills requires thinly veiled references to assets of existing or collateral threat vectors such as communist regimes such as China and real terrorist networks such as al-Qa’ida, etc.

Perhaps the writers of such exercises today should focus on response plans for, say, an Islamic terrorist who attacks a post. (See Ft. Hood / Major Nidal Malik Hasan.)

The Ft. Knox exercise is not only amateurish in its construct, but also sets an ominous political precedent.

The military officers and enlisted personnel with whom I spoke are all dedicated uniformed Patriots who are loyal, first and foremost, to their oath to “support and defend” our Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Their concerns about this exercise mirrored my own. As one put it, the exercise “misrepresents freedom loving Americans as drunken, violent racists — the opponents of Obama’s policies have been made the enemy of the U.S. Army.”

They were equally concerned that command staff at Ft. Knox had signed off on this exercise, noting, “it has been issued and owned by field grade officers who lead our battalions and brigades,” which is to say many Lieutenant Colonels saw this order before it was implemented.

It’s not likely that Ft. Knox Commanding General James Milano or Deputy Commander Col. David Teeples, or even the regimental and brigade commanders for the 16th Cav and 194th AB, actually read the exercise scenario, but that doesn’t absolve responsibility for such an egregious example of political exploitation of U.S. forces.

One officer insisted, “The American people should require greater accountability of their commissioned officers, that they abide by their oath and never allow politically motivated propaganda like this exercise on any post or base again.”

Another observed, “Whether this is complacency by officers who do not see such orders as a problem, or worse, officers who recognize the problem but do not insist the orders are changed, this is a serious problem. We are discussing the training of American citizen soldiers in the use of potentially deadly force against a specific group of political dissenters. There is never a time in an officer’s career in which he does not have a duty to apply critical thought to the orders he is given and asked to give. It is my opinion that any officer that has allowed these orders to persist, to reach the level of junior officers and soldiers, has demonstrated a lack of judgment or apathy towards what his duty requires of him. Either way, we should demand more of the commissioned officers, who we as a nation empower to lead our sons and daughters into battle.”

Indeed, and at best, the blatant malfeasance on the part of the individuals who composed this exercise reflects poorly on the uniformed services.

The antidote to this patent misrepresentation of peaceable Patriots is to expose it with the Light of Truth. As our motto Veritas vos Liberabit affirms, the Truth shall set you Free!

It’s no secret that the Left hates the Tea Party. Just the other day Mayor Bloomberg tried to blame the latest terrorist bombing on the Tea Party.

Here is a great read over at Mainstreet Radical:

http://mainstreetradical.com/2010/05/01/for-the-left-what-next-to-discredit-the-tea-party/

Liberals in the media and government are befuddled, trying to stop the Tea Party movement. At every turn they have attempted to discredit the movement, and at every turn they have failed. On tax day in 2009, the media and Democrat politicians alike turned to the slightly vulgar epithet “tea bagger” and attempted to laugh at the protesters as if they had discovered a little inside joke that showed they were smarter than the average mainstream American.

When the let’s snicker at the tea bagger approach failed, the same crowd turned to accusations of racism as if to malign one’s policy was to somehow malign one’s race. Since the Tea Party displayed little to no racial overtones, this approach ultimately failed, leaving us with priceless videos of the likes of Rosie O’Donnel and Nancy Pelosi at their best.

Faced with the failure of the racist angle, the next move orchestrated by leftist leaders was to infiltrate Tea Party protests with liberals carrying racially charged signs in order to have plenty of fodder for left wing bloggers and MSNBC commentators to further marginalize the group. Unfortunately for the left, this tactic also failed.

Though it failed, the infiltration tactic showed a new approach in the left’s tactics. Instead of attempts to define the Tea Party to be something it was not, they were now actively trying to force the movement into their predetermined narrative. For members of the fourth estate, this is a dangerous departure from journalism and a move solidly into activism.

What has the relentless assault on the Tea Party proven to date? First, it shows that leaders on left are afraid of a true grassroots movement and that they sorely miscalculated the will of the American people. Second, it proves that left-wing activist will go to great lengths to provide the mainstream media with proof to fit their preconceived notions.

With those two factors established, one needs look no further than the current narrative to venture a guess at what tactic is next to discredit the Tea Party.

The current narrative is that Tea Party members are extremists. They are a threat to society. In fact, if you listen to some pundits, it is a miracle that Tea Parties have not left a trail of death and destruction in their path. Immediately following the plane attack on the tax office building in Austin, Texas, accusations were flying that this was the first move to violence by the Tea Party. To listen to some in the media, it was just a matter of time before the Tea Parties manifested themselves as the domestic terrorist groups that they so clearly were. It must have been a let down for them to find out that it was just your average nut job and not a Tea Party member that committed that crime.

The media is salivating for images of Tea Party violence to add credence to their foregone conclusions. That being their narrative, the left seems to be willing to do anything to fit the Tea Party into that box. How, then, to accomplish that task? There is a model that fits many left wing demonstrations: protest, wait for the police to come, then push the boundaries until arrests are made. Just look at some of the recent World Trade Summits, Code Pink demonstrations and, most recently, the pro-illegal immigration open border rallies. The video below is of protesters at the Republican National Convention in 2008. If this were a Tea Party, the scenes would be everywhere in the mainstream media.

For the left it seems that the missing element to show a more extreme Tea Party may be a more aggressive police presence. Was that theory recently tested? The video below is from Barack Obama’s visit last week to Quincy, Illinois. It is understandable for the President to have the best security possible, including having riot police on hand in case protests get out of hand and threaten his or her security. But to deploy riot police in the face of a group of people singing God Bless America seems a bit provocative and intimidating.

I hope I am wrong, but the trends of how theTea Party has been treated have shown an escalation and even a desperation to discredit this group. What might be in store for future protests? And will the police response continue to become more aggressive until, ultimately, the left can claim that Tea Partiers have finally shown their true extremist colors?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

National Tea Party Federation calls for Federal Government to Execute its Constitutional Duty
Defend the borders and protect US citizens
Enforce existing immigration laws already on the books

May 3, 2010 – The National Tea Party Federation (NTPF) in a statement of support for the citizens of Arizona, calls on the Federal government to perform its constitutional duty and enforce existing immigration laws and secure our sovereign borders. It is in the national security, and economic interest of this nation that the appropriate actions be taken.

The illegal entry of foreign nationals, drug and human trafficking, has had a devastating effect on the border communities. It has caused undue hardship on border residents, and led to untold human suffering of illegal foreign nationals. In addition, there has been a significant increase in murder, home invasions, kidnappings, and robberies, especially in the state of Arizona.

Toby Walker, President of the Waco Tea Party stated, “While the focus of criticism seems to be that the state of Arizona decided to act in its best interests, we in Texas understand the frustration by the lack of action from the Federal Government in protecting our borders. Representatives in our own state are now calling for a similar law to be passed in Texas. When the Federal Government does not execute its Constitutional duties, the states must act to protect its citizens.”

Jason Hoyt of the Orlando Tea Party commented, “The left is trying to make this about race. It is not. This is about the rights of states and their respective responsibility to protect their citizenry. The border must be secured and the crime, drug dealing and human trafficking that now engulfs the border states must be dealt with before we discuss immigration reform. I’m proud of the state of Arizona for exercising their state’s rights and no longer waiting for the Federal government.”

Robin Stublen president of Punta Gorda Tea Party said, “The failure by the Federal Government to meet its obligations under the Constitution resulted in the passage of a new state law by Arizona. We respect and support the leaders of Arizona in their effort to restore order in their state and protect their citizens. We can all agree that more must be done and that our borders must be protected. However, until the Federal Government and those elected decide to take the necessary steps to properly secure our borders against trespassing by foreign nationals, we support Arizona and urge other states to adopt the Arizona law as well. It is not only their right under Article 4 Section 4, but their duty to protect their citizens and their property.

Jerry Clark, President of the Las Cruces Tea Party said, “New Mexico is a diverse state. We embrace legal immigration and the enforcement of our laws. However, Arizona is acting in its best interests for its people. The Federal Government has done little to secure our borders and we expect more. A nation without borders is not a nation and the Obama administration has shown no interest in performing one of the key Constitutional duties enumerated in the Constitution, protecting our national security.”

As a nation of immigrants we honor those foreign nationals who reside within our sovereign boundaries legally by obeying visa and residency laws. We welcome and acknowledge those following the legal and reasonable process to become proud, naturalized citizens of the United States.

Sheridan – not so friendly

The Sheridan police are either unable to make proper judgment calls, or they believe in extreme authority opposite of constitutionally protected rights, you decide…

It was Sunday after spending the weekend in Sheridan for the local Tea Party, we were leaving the hotel to head back home, while driving only 100 yards away, there were two police officers coming up the hill on foot carrying AR-15 rifles.

As we approached them they stopped my vehicle and the officers yelled “put up your hands” to myself, wife and my little girl, then I was ordered to step out of my vehicle. (while armed of course)

The officer demanded my I.D. to which I responded “you aren’t getting anything, I didn’t break any law”.

Sgt. Kody LambThe part that really sticks in my head is this- in one of his hands (Sgt. Kody Lamb) was an AR-15 Rifle and his other free hand shuttered like he was on an extreme adrenaline rush, I thought to myself he better keep his finger off the trigger.

I told Lamb “he had a duty to protect my rights and not act on the whim of a tourist that doesn’t know it’s legal to have firearms here”. I also asked him if he “read our Constitution”, Lamb said he was aware of what it said” then I said to him “didn’t you take an oath to uphold it?”

Then there’s this- when the officer Sgt. Kody Lamb realizes he doesn’t have a beef, he threatens me with “disturbing the peace”. To which I responded “I was on private property with the owner’s consent”, and then Sgt. Kody Lamb stated it was a place frequented by the public.

This has become the norm, for police to twist things around when they want to bully someone.

I told Lamb “I want to speak to your supervisor”, Lamb responded with “I am the supervisor”, It was at this point that I knew the Peter Principle was in play, a philosophy that in a Hierarchy “Every Employee Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence”.

Why would officers respond in this manner to a “man with gun call” when their own report states about me- “is not seeming to be a threat just standing there”.

Why didn’t they ask more questions BEFORE ARRIVING, like this simple one- Has he threatened anyone?

Hell no, let’s just storm in there because we have a badge, guns and adrenaline.

Maybe this is a response to my speech at the Sheridan Tea Party, by the way when we were setting up for the event, a police officer questioned me about the way I was carrying my firearm. (holstered, cocked and locked and in plain view) I told him I always carry this way. he responded to me with “That’s not what I asked you” citing this “he had a duty to protect the public”. I later asked him how he felt about “concealed carry without a permit” like Arizona just passed into law, he said no one should be allowed to carry without a permit. Are you seeing the anti-gun police union agenda? You know the “only ones” mentality.

The next day after the incident the police refused to let me have the dispatch recordings unless, I “have a subpoena”, also I was told that the police report wouldn’t be available for a week, but apparently they handed their reports over to the local newspaper within hours of telling me otherwise. Does any of this sound suspect?
I also contacted Evidence Technician Stephen Johnson inquiring about exactly what statute they are using to deny the dispatch recordings, he has refused to return my call.

Wyoming statute states that “the person in interest” is allowed to have access to the recordings, but the the City of Sheridan would rather flex their power. The City Attorney Mia Mikesell said “she didn’t have to cite statute” to me and “it was their policy” to ask for a Subpoena, she then hung up on me.

It is these lawless Bureaucrats, Police and Attorneys that are nipping away at the Republic on a daily basis.

The question is- are we going to be silent and just let it happen?

The City of Sheridan web-site says: they have been voted #1 Western Town of the Year for its truly special qualities…“Enjoy a frontier spirit that values friendship – and independence”, really? NOT SO MUCH!

Area Citizens should call and tell them you don’t appreciate this kind of treatment and expect more from the police officers that work for “we the people”.

Tourists- call them and tell them you will skip Sheridan, tourism dollars will be spent elsewhere.

Sheridan City Hall (307) 674-6483

Gun owners planning on visiting Wyoming-
Call the Governor’s office and tell him in this tight economy you don’t have to visit Wyoming.
Tell him Wyoming is the last place you expect to be harassed about firearms!
His number is: (307) 777-7434

Anthony Bouchard is a staunch supporter of the Bill of Rights and limited government – he is also the Director of WyGO – Wyoming Gun Owners Association, Wyoming’s Only No-Compromise Gun-Rights Organization.
